Where and when can I collect the caravan?
We are located Just off the Bruce Highway at 133 – 139 Deception Bay Road, Deception Bay 4508.
Trading hours are
HANDOVER: Monday to Friday, usually 7am – 12noon by appointment only
DROPBACK: Sunday to Friday, Usually 12noon – 4pm by appointment only
DELIVERY SERVICE: Monday to Friday, 9am – 3pm
Is my tow vehicle suitable for towing a caravan?
The towing capacity required depends on both your vehicle and the caravan you choose. Before booking, check your vehicle’s towing capacity (found in your manual, on the door seal, or online in the red book) and compare it with the required tow capacity listed for the caravan.
Caravans also require a brake controller, either already fitted to your vehicle or via our plug-and-play wireless/CarPlay ELECBRAKE SYSTEM. If you’re unsure about your vehicle’s towing capacity or prefer to use our delivery and setup services, feel free to contact our team – we’re happy to assist!
Don’t have a suitable towing vehicle? No problem – we also offer vehicles for hire that are perfect for towing.
What works off-grid and how long will the batteries last?
The answer varies depending on several factors, such as weather conditions and how the caravan is used. On cloudy days or when parked under trees, solar power efficiency is reduced. Without sun, there’s no solar power. However, with smart energy management and minimal waste, you can enjoy several days off-grid. In most cases, you’ll run out of water before you run out of power.
